To request an event to be held on the Parish grounds, an Event and Building Request Form must be submitted and approved by the Parish Office. If the event you are scheduling is within the next 7 days, you must also call the Maintenance Office (248-844-8665) to ensure staff is available to meet your needs.

Sample Room Set-ups are now available.

If supplies are needed for the event, please complete the Supplies Request Form.

To CANCEL or CHANGE an event that has already been scheduled, please complete the Event Change Form.

All of these forms may be completed and submitted online.

Please note: The Calendar is constantly changing. Requests for building use are not guaranteed until an Event and Building Request Form is submitted and approved by the Parish Office.
